In this lesson we cover one of my least favorite things that you have to do as working bartender: Cut someone off who’s had too much to drink.
Some other working bartenders have no problem with this part of the job, in fact some of them even look forward too it. Me on the other hand, I’ve always been allergic to confrontation.
Because of that fact I’ve come up with a unique way to deal with those patrons that have had maybe one too many.
