Cosmopolitan Drink Recipe (Cosmo)

Cosmo is short for Cosmopolitan. This drink is actually an older classic that fell out of style until a certain HBO show about women in NYC talking about Sex 😉 put it back on the bartending map.

Today Cosmo’s are all the rage and super popular at almost any bar. You definitely need to know this cocktail… You are guaranteed to make them no matter where you work.

  • Stemmed martini glass
  • In mixing tin ½-⅓ full of ice:
  • 1½oz Vodka
  • ½oz orange liqueur (Cointreau, Triple Sec, etc)
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • Squeeze and drop-in a lime wedge
  • Garnish: lemon twist
