White Russian Drink Recipe

The White Russian, aka the Caucasian, is the most popular dessert drink you will be making when bartending. Despite being a dessert drink, it’s poured with nearly two ounces of liquor into a short bucket glass so it packs quite a punch.

Always a popular drink, the White Russian has enjoyed a revived popularity boost from the cult classic film The Big Lewbowski where the main character, “the dude”, is quite fond of this lovely concoction.

  • 1-1½ oz Vodka.
  • ½ oz Kahlua.
  • Splash to Fill with milk or cream.
